Arts and Creative Practices Program (ACPP)
The Arts and Creative Practices Program (ACPP) empowers artists and cultural workers to adopt environmentally and socially responsible approaches to artistic production.
Through its three interconnected units — Training, Support, and Research — the program explores how creativity can promote environmental awareness, cultural preservation, and sustainable livelihoods.
- Training Unit: offers workshops, mentorship sessions, and hands-on experiences to help artists integrate sustainable methods into their practice.
- Support Unit: provides guidance and resources for developing eco-conscious artistic projects and community initiatives.
- Research Unit: investigates the intersection of art, ecology, and society, generating knowledge and innovative models for sustainable cultural work.
By bridging art, ecology, and community engagement, ACPP encourages artists to think critically about their materials, methods, and impact. It fosters collaboration among artists, researchers, and environmental activists to address challenges such as climate change, social justice, and cultural resilience.
ACPP reflects Reflection for Arts’ commitment to embedding sustainability in every level of cultural practice — nurturing a new generation of artists who view creativity as a transformative force for both art and the planet.
